The precast concrete shuttering magnetic profile is mainly a combination of a U-shaped steel wheel cover and an integrated push-button magnetic system. Precast plants use it for the production of sandwich walls, solid walls and panels, which are fastened to the platform using magnetism, making it an effective solution for rapid framing.

With it, precast manufacturers have found an efficient tool for producing concrete elements. With its robust steel casing and the high magnetic properties of powerful neodymium magnets, it can be said to be a technological upgrade for the production of a wide range of precast structural elements.

The number of magnets in the entire profile is divided into 2 and 3 according to the different product sizes. If a greater pulling force is required, it can also be customized as needed. Thanks to the push-button design, the magnet operating mode can be switched easily. Simply press the button firmly to attach the magnet to the steel platform and then use the release lever to easily disengage the magnet.

QCM's precast concrete shuttering magnet profiles are available with 3 chamfering options: chamfered on both ends, chamfered on 1 end and no chamfer. Which chamfer option you choose depends on your production needs. The magnetic formwork system is also available in different versions according to length and height, as shown in the diagram below.
