Magnetic Shuttering System with High Holding Force
The magnetic shuttering system, also known as the magnetic system for precast concrete, doubles as a formwork. It utilizes the principle of magnetism itself, which allows it to be quickly and securely fastened to the casting table to form an edge frame. At the heart of the system are arrays of neodymium-iron-boron magnets encased in steel shells, also known as modules. The modules are arranged with multiple magnetically powerful rectangular NdFeB magnets, which are firmly attached to the table as the button at the top of the system is pressed down. The modules are cleverly encapsulated in a template system, and in the non-operational state the modules are kept at a distance from the bottom surface to reduce the range of influence of the magnetic field. When the button on the top plane of the system is pressed down, the movable lever drives the module down, at which time the magnetic array is level with the bottom surface of the system and thus tightly adheres to the pouring table.

Uses of the Magnetic Shuttering System include:
1. Saving time: The system features quick positioning and fixing, no welding and bolting, easy disassembly, flexible arrangement, easy maintenance, and reduced operating difficulties, all of which systematically increase efficiency.
2. Increased precision and accuracy: Magnets ensure precise alignment of forms, which improves the dimensional accuracy of concrete elements.
3. Enhanced worker safety: the use of magnetic principles instead of traditional clamps and screws for fixing reduces the risk of accidents and injuries on the construction site.
4. Versatility: The Magnetic Shuttering System can be used to produce structural elements such as precast walls, beams, columns and slabs.
Features of the Magnetic Shuttering System compared to similar products include:
1. easy installation: simply move the individual units to the desired fixing position and activate the magnets to securely position them.
2. Reduced Labor Costs: Because the Magnetic Shuttering System is so easy to operate, it reduces the need for additional manpower, requiring less labor than traditional fastening methods.
3. Improved safety: Traditional fixing methods involve welding and cutting, which can easily lead to fires and personal injuries, which can be avoided with the Magnetic Shuttering System.
4. Superior clamping force: Built-in 2-3 magnetic arrays, QCM's small Magnetic Shuttering System has an adsorption force of about 1kN-5kN, and the medium-sized one has an adsorption force of 5kN-20kN, which can effectively prevent the formwork from being washed away by concrete.
5. Reduce Waste: Using Magnetic Shuttering System can accurately position the formwork without additional fixing materials, also reduce the turnover of materials and reduce the wear and tear of the equipment, and it is highly reusable, these advantages can reduce the amount of materials required for the construction project, eliminating unnecessary waste and saving money.
QCM's magnet formwork systems are highly efficient modular systems that utilize a wide range of specifications to form many combinations for the production of precast parts for walls, beams, and columns, including flanks, window and door openings, and installation recesses. These systems hold the reinforcement and skeleton in place during pouring and vibration. The systems are quick to operate and increase the efficiency of installation and dismantling.

Magnetic Shuttering Systems can be operated at temperatures up to 80°C. QCM's product range has a maximum operating temperature of 80°C. Special settings can be made on request, but standard Magnetic Shuttering Systems should normally be operated at a maximum temperature of less than 80°C.
