precast magnet is mainly made of high-performance NdFeB material, which generates a strong pull force in the magnetic circuit. With the help of the iron box's strengthening and shielding effect on the internal magnetic array, the magnet block is in the state of activation or release, and does not need external power supply. When the precast magnet is in working condition, the suction surface at the bottom of the magnet block closely fits on the precast concrete production platform, firmly suction; when the lever is used to pry up the magnet block, most of the magnetic force is released, and the magnetic force at the bottom is greatly reduced, so that the precast concrete magnet can be moved away from the platform by hand and lightly. Thus Shuttering magnets are no longer archaic and immutable, and precast magnets are now much more versatile.

The operation essentials of precast magnet.

(1)There is a switch button on top of the magnet shuttering, place the precast magnet on the platform, press the button, the precast magnet firmly sucks the platform and is in the working state; use the lever to pry up the switch, the Shuttering magnet and the platform suction is greatly reduced, the precast concrete magnet is off and can be moved.

(2) Strong magnetic template fixed magnetic box use of environmental conditions:

  1. Ambient temperature is not greater than 80 degrees Celsius temperature

2. The surrounding medium without corrosive metal erosion agent.

(3)There are two fixing screws at both ends of the magnetic box, which can be connected with different adapters to fix templates with different shapes and structures, such as angle steel, channel steel side molds and so on.

(4) This fixed magnetic box uses neodymium-iron-boron powerful magnetic material, under the premise of not exceeding the maximum working temperature and not damaging and rusting the magnet itself, the magnetic force can theoretically be maintained permanently. 

(5) The thickness of the platform and the degree of surface flatness will affect the suction between the precast magnet and the platform, the thicker the platform and the flatter the surface, the greater the suction, and the lateral shear force is related to the magnetic box suction as well as the friction coefficient of the contact surface.
